Poteau lives mostly off its players: thousands of them pay for a Gold membership. On your slots we take a small share, just enough to keep things running.

A quiet month, you pay little or nothing. A busy month, you pay more, because you earned a lot more. No setup fee, no surprises on the invoice.

Our busiest centres go past 100 games played a month. The price stops at €599.

Per month, billed on the 1st of the next month. A cancelled or unfilled game doesn't count. Your revenue is estimated at about €100 per game played, the average slot price at our partners.

What people often ask us.

Does it take my booked slots?

No. You choose which slots you post, the rest of your schedule stays as it is. Most centres start with their off-peak hours.

Who comes to play?

Local players, on their own or with friends. We go and find them with ads around your centre, on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook: over €1M invested since we started, so we know how. You see everyone's level and reliability before the game.

How is it different from my WhatsApp group?

Your group reaches your customers. Poteau knows which local players are free at that time, and tells you how many will be invited before you even post. We handle the rest too: sign-ups, the game chat, levels, yellow and red cards, stats.

Will it take up my time?

Very little. Posting a slot takes a few seconds in the Poteau Max app. And your regular games are set up once: after that they post themselves, every week.

How do I get paid?

However you like. On site, you know the drill. In the Poteau app, with 0% payment fees: everything is paid out to you at the start of the next month.

What if a player causes trouble?

You can block them from your centre, or ban them from Poteau. Late arrivals and no-shows are tracked.
